How can I book a green fee?

Green fees can be booked on line only for golf courses which are connected in real time on the platform. They appear in red on the map…

From the online menu, please complete your region, your date and your tee time, select your golf course and… book!

From the “best deals” page relating to your region, select an offer and… book.

From the golf guide, select a golf course, click on the button “book” located on the top right corner.

How can I advise my friend about the reservation?

2 solutions:

1/ When you have come to the end of the booking procedure, the option « advise a friend » will automatically appear. With one click, you can, or not, personalize your message and send it to your friend.
2/ On the home page, you will also find a space dedicated to your friends « advise your friends ».

How can I book for a group?

The web site Legreenfee.com is dedicated to single golf rounds. 
If you wish to come as a group, you can purchase several green fees at a time. However if your group is a large one, we suggest that you contact the golf reception to organize your tee time.

How can I get a reimbursement subsequent to bad weather?

The web site Legreenfee.com acts as an intermediary for the various partner golf courses. If you are unable to start your round of golf due to bad weather, please refer to the internal rules concerning reimbursements of the golf course you have book with.

What booking options does Legreenfee.com offer?

There are many booking options available. They have been designed to help you make your course selection quickly and efficiently: Choice by region/ Close by cities/ Prices/ Time of booking (advanced booking or last minute one)/ Golfers feedback/ Environment/ Equipment…

Do I need a handicap to book a green fee?

No you don’t, except for certain golf courses with especially challenging features. If in doubt, please consult the golf course details.

How can I find a golf course with accommodations and a Spa during my holidays?

Use the « multi-criteria search » button, then tick the appropriate boxes.

Can I delay a tee time?

As soon as your tee time is booked and your green fee paid on line, it appears immediately in the golf schedule selected. We recommend that you contact the golf course you have booked with to find a solution.

Is my payment online secure?

The web site Legreenfee.com uses Paypal solution, the most secure and the most used online payment system.

Is it useful to create an account?

It allows you to manage your personal information, to save your favourite golf courses, to give feedback about golf courses you have played on, and to keep the history of your reservations.

How can I give feed-back about a course?

Create an account, then click on the button « my comments ».

How can I modify my personal data?

Click on your account, then click on the button « personal data ».

How can I select my favourite golf courses?

Click on the golf courses guide, display by list, then tick « add to my favourite golf courses ». You can also go to the web page of any golf course and click on the option at the top of the page.

How can I search through my favourite golf courses?

First select your favourite courses on the golf course guide, make a multi criteria search, then tick the box « search my favourite courses », and enter.

How can I change the region?

Click on the button “choose a region” on the top left corner of your screen and select another region by clicking on the map. 
OR pick another region directly at the bottom of the web page.
Press the fast search button of the golf course located on the left top of the web page.
OR use the alphabetical search, and create an booking alert on the home page, select the region you would like to receive an alert for, input your email, click on « Ok »
Enter your account, click on « personal data », and select “unsubscribe”.

How can I modify my login ID and password?

Open your account, click on « personal data », then use the module to modify your login.
